These terms apply when you book a tour through this website, operated by IWIS Global ("we", "us"). By booking a tour, you agree to them.
Same-day tours can be booked until 9 PM India Standard Time (IST) the night before, to allow time to arrange your vehicle and guide. After that cutoff, the earliest available date is the next day.
You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your tour's scheduled start time. To cancel, contact us using the details below.
Tours may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control — site closures, weather, traffic, or local restrictions. Where this happens, we'll work with you to reschedule or resolve the issue; we are not responsible for losses caused by such circumstances beyond our control.
Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and only used to show you your own booking history. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google/Apple account secure, since that's how you sign in here.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
