These terms apply when you book a tour through this website, operated by IWIS Global ("we", "us"), a partnership firm based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN 09AAIFI6799J1ZH), whose registered address is A-5, First Floor, ESSAR Mughal Residency, Jyoti Nagar, Shaheed Nagar, Agra – 282001. By booking a tour, you agree to them.

Booking and payment

• The price shown on the tour page at checkout — including any add-ons you select, and after any discount — is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), with US Dollar (USD) pricing available for tours where we've set a USD rate.
• You can pay the full price, or a 25% deposit online to secure your booking with the balance paid on pickup. If you cancel, any refund is worked out on the amount you paid.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds; you'll receive confirmation immediately.
• You don't need to create an account to book — an account is only needed if you want to see your booking history for tours you book while signed in.

Offers and coupon codes

• Only one discount applies per booking. If more than one offer or code could apply, you automatically get the biggest one.
• An offer or code can be limited to certain tours, booking dates, travel dates, or group sizes. The conditions are shown with the offer, or when you apply the code.
• A discount applies only if it's valid when you pay. It can't be added to a booking after payment.
• We can end or change an offer at any time. This doesn't affect bookings already paid for.
• If you cancel, any refund is worked out on the amount you actually paid, after the discount.

How late you can book

Tours can be booked until 9 PM India Standard Time (IST) the night before, to allow time to arrange your vehicle and guide. After 9 PM, the earliest date you can book is the day after tomorrow. Tours don't run on Fridays, when the Taj Mahal is closed.

Cancellations, refunds, and date changes

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your tour's scheduled start time; cancellations made less than 24 hours before receive a 50% refund, and no-shows aren't refunded. Date changes are free up to 24 hours before, subject to availability. To cancel, contact us using the details below. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler details (name, contact information, number of travelers) at the time of booking.
• Arrive at the agreed pickup point and time — tours may not be able to wait for late arrivals.
• Carry valid ID and any tickets/permits required for the sites visited (e.g. the Taj Mahal), where applicable.

Changes and disruptions

Tours may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control — site closures, weather, traffic, or local restrictions. If we have to cancel your tour, you choose a full refund of everything you've paid or a free change to a new date, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Otherwise, we'll work with you to resolve the issue; we are not responsible for losses caused by such circumstances beyond our control.

Accounts

Signing in with Google, or with an email and password, is optional and only used to show you your own booking history. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Complaints and grievances

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. This doesn't affect your right as a consumer to file a complaint with a consumer commission where Indian consumer law allows.
